Consequently, the demand for presbyopia correction is rapidly expanding among those in the age range between myopia correction and cataract surgery.

In-depth discussions were held during the panel on the future directions of presbyopia correction technologies.
Dr. Lee predicted, “The demand for presbyopia correction will continue to grow among the age group between myopia correction and cataract surgery.” He emphasized, “A personalized approach to presbyopia correction, considering the patient’s lifestyle and visual needs, is particularly important.”

Dr. Lee In-sik holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Yonsei University and has over 20 years of experience in cataract and refractive surgery, with more than 10,000 clinical cases.
